This match up is impossible because there are many different “incarnations” or “universes” of superman. Some universes make him weak enough to be completely destroyed by Goku without him even turning Saiyan.
Superman has other “realities” if you will where his home planet never exploded thus kryptonite never existed thus no weaknesses. In that same reality Superman’s source of power is yellow sunlight granting him the powers of superhuman strength, speed, senses, agility, healing, endurance, superbreath, flight, x-ray vision, heat vision, and Invul-ner-fucking-bility(he cannot be damaged in anyway).
Goku only has one version and he’s buff as fuck.
The only logical solution from this is that goku charges a super Kamehameha wave at super saiyan 3 hits Superman head on and explodes the who fucking universe. In two.
